Exegesis

A causal clause follows, introduced by ki {כִּי | kî} ‘for/because’, where lo {לֹא | lōʾ} ‘not’ plus the imperfect timtza’akhā {תִמְצָאֲךָ | tim-zā-’ă-ḵā} ‘will find you’ denies any threat from Saul’s locus of agency.
