Exegesis

The main charge is expressed by the causative verb hiddachtem {הִדַּחְתֶּ֜ם | hiddaḥtem} ‘you drove away’, taking a series of marked objects: et-kohanei {אֶת־כֹּהֲנֵ֣י | ʾeṯ-kōhănê} ‘the priests of’ YHWH {יְהוָ֔ה | YHWH}, then et-benei {אֶת־בְּנֵ֥י | ʾeṯ-bənê} ‘the sons of’ Aaron, alongside vehalviyim {וְהַלְוִיִּ֑ם | wəhalwiyyim} ‘and the Levites’.
