The verse begins with the universal quantifier vekhol {וְכֹל | wə-khol} ‘all’ introducing a relative clause asher lo-yidrosh {אֲשֶׁר לֹא־יִדְרֹשׁ | ʾă-šer lōʾ yid-rōsh} ‘that does not seek.’
