2. Formal Translation
But we have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness nor handling the word of God {Theos, Faithful Revealer} deceitfully, but by the manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every conscience of men in the presence of God.
2. Dynamic Translation
Instead, we have rejected secret and shameful ways; we do not live in craftiness or distort the word of God, but by openly revealing the truth we commend ourselves to every person's conscience before God {Theos, All-Seeing Judge}.
