12. Formal Translation Therefore, even if I wrote to you, it was not for the sake of the one who committed the wrong nor for the sake of the one who suffered the wrong, but for the sake of your earnestness for us being revealed to you before God {Theos, All-Seeing Judge}. |
12. Dynamic Translation So, although I wrote to you, it was not to help the one who did wrong or the one who was wronged, but so that your earnest concern for us would become clear to you before God's {Theos, Faithful Witness} presence. |
