| 24. Formal Translation And he did what was evil in the eyes of the LORD {Yahweh, Sovereign Judge}; he did not turn aside from all the sins of Jeroboam son of Nebat, which he caused Israel to sin. |
| 24. Dynamic Translation He did what the LORD {Yahweh, Divine Evaluator} regards as evil. He refused to abandon any of the breaches of Jeroboam son of Nebat, which led Israel into sin. |
