Exegesis

The conditional im {אִם־ | ’im} + qal imperfect tukhal {תּוּכַל | tû-kal} and infinitive construct latet {לָתֵת | lā-têṯ} frames the protasis-apodosis with rokhvim {רֹכְבִים | rō-ḵə-ḇîm} governed by aleihem {עֲלֵיהֶֽם | ʿă-lê-hēm}, maintaining rhetorical force in English translation.
