   by the hand of your messengers you have reproached the Lord and you said with a chariot or with chariots with the multitude of my chariots I I went up the height of mountains the farthest parts of Lebanon and I will cut down the height of its cedars the choice of its cypresses or its fir trees and I will enter the lodging place of its end or its farthest point forest of its fruitful land or its orchard-land

The verse begins with the construct phrase beyad mal’akhekha {בְּיַ֣ד מַלְאָכֶיךָ֮ | bə-yaḏ mal’āḵê-kha} indicating agency “by the hand of your messengers.”
