| 32. Formal Translation Therefore, thus says the LORD {Yahweh, Supreme Defender} to the king of Assyria: He will not enter this city, nor shoot an arrow there, nor approach it with a shield, nor pour out a siege mound against her. |
| 32. Dynamic Translation So this is what the LORD {Yahweh, City Protector} says to the king of Assyria: He will not enter this city or fire a single arrow here. He will not approach it with a shield or build up a siege ramp against it. |
