4. Formal Translation
Now Mesha, king of Moab, was a sheepbreeder; he paid the king of Israel a tribute of one hundred thousand lambs and the wool of one hundred thousand rams.
4. Dynamic Translation
Mesha, Moab’s king, raised sheep and supplied the king of Israel with one hundred thousand lambs and the wool of one hundred thousand rams.
