39. Formal Translation And one went out into the field to gather herbs, and he found a wild vine of the field and gathered from it wild gourds, the fullness of his garment. And he came and cut them into the pot of stew, for they did not know them. |
39. Dynamic Translation One of them went into the open country to pick plants, and he found a wild vine and filled his clothing with gourds. When he returned, he chopped them and added them to the stew pot, unaware of their nature. |
