8. Formal Translation
Now the king of Aram was at war with Israel, and he consulted with his servants, saying, “To such-and-such a place I will set up my camp.”

The king of Aram was waging war against Israel, and he met with his officials and said, “I am going to set up my camp at a certain place.”
