6. Formal Translation Then the king questioned the woman, and she explained it to him. So he assigned a royal officer to her and ordered, “Restore everything that was hers, including all the produce of the field from the day she left the land until this time.” |
6. Dynamic Translation The king asked her what had happened, and she told him. Then he delegated an officer to act for her and said, “Give back everything she owned, even the crops from her field from the day she left the country until now.” |
