16. Formal Translation Each man seized his opponent by the head and drove his sword into his opponent’s side, so they fell together. Therefore that place was named the Field of the Sharp Rocks, which is in Gibeon. |
16. Dynamic Translation Each one grabbed his opponent’s head and thrust his sword into his opponent’s side, so they fell together. That place in Gibeon was called Helkath Hazzurim. |
