Exegesis

The graphic sequence vayishpoch meav artzah {וַיִּשְׁפֹּךְ מֵעָ֥יו אַרְצָה | wa-yīš-pōḵ mē-ʻa-w ’ar-ṣāh} ‘he poured out his intestines to the ground’ intensifies the fatal outcome.
