The verse opens with the sequential waw-consecutive verb veyashvu {וישבו | wə-yăš-bû} marking continuation, followed immediately by the proper name veyishbi benov {וְיִשְׁבִּ֨י בְּנֹ֜ב | wə-yîš-bî bə-nōw} identifying Ishbi-benob.
