3. Formal Translation And the king said, “Is there anyone still remaining from Saul’s house, so that I may show him the kindness of God {Elohim, Faithful Covenant-Keeper}?” And Ziba said to the king, “Jonathan still has a son; he is lame in his feet.” |
3. Dynamic Translation The king asked, “Is anyone left from Saul’s family that I can treat with God’s kindness {Elohim, Divine Grace}?” Ziba answered, “Jonathan has a son who is disabled in his feet.” |
