11. Formal Translation And Peter, having come to himself, said, “Now I truly know that the Lord {Kyrios, Divine Deliverer} has sent His angel and rescued me from the hand of Herod and from all the expectation of the people of the Jews.” |
11. Dynamic Translation When Peter realized what had happened, he said, “Now I am fully confident that the Lord {Kyrios, Sovereign Rescuer} sent His angel and freed me from Herod’s grip and from everything the Jewish people were expecting.” |
