The direct object Iakobon {Ἰάκωβον | Iá-ko-bon} ‘James’ is strengthened by the appositional accusative phrase ton adelphon Ioannou {τὸν ἀδελφὸν Ἰωάννου | tón a-del-phón Iō-án-nou}, literally “the brother of John,” where the article ton and noun adelphon agree in case, gender, and number, and the genitive Ioannou specifies the familial relationship.
