| 21. Formal Translation When these things had been fulfilled, Paul purposed in the Spirit {pneuma, Sovereign Guide} to pass through Macedonia and Achaia and to go to Jerusalem, saying, “After I have been there, I must also see Rome.” |
| 21. Dynamic Translation When all this was completed, Paul purposed in the Spirit {pneuma, Spirit-led resolve} to travel through Macedonia and Achaia and then go on to Jerusalem. He said, “After I have been there, I must also visit Rome.” |
