Two coordinated dative phrases, tō theō {τῷ θεῷ | tôi theō̂} ‘to God’ and tō logō tēs charitos autou {τῷ λόγῳ τῆς χάριτος αὐτοῦ | tôi lógō tēs cháritos autoû} ‘to the word of His grace,’ identify the recipients of the entrustment.
The articular participle tō dynamenō {τῷ δυναμένῳ | tôi dynaménō} ‘to the one who is able’ qualifies that word and governs the aorist infinitives oikodomēsai {οἰκοδομῆσαι | oikodomêsai} ‘to build up’ and dounai {δοῦναι | doûnai} ‘to give.’
