Exegesis
The relative clause peri hou hapan to plethos ton Ioudaion enetychon moi {περὶ οὗ ἅπαν τὸ πλῆθος τῶν Ἰουδαίων ἐνέτυχόν μοι | perì hoû há-pan to plê-thos tôn I-ou-daí-ōn e-né-ty-chon moi} elaborates on the man by specifying that “the whole multitude of the Jews” has appealed to Festus. The aorist enetychon portrays their approach as a completed, decisive action.
