If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I come to you as I am. I have sinned and lived apart from your will, and I cannot make myself right before God. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I turn from my sin and ask you to forgive me, make me new, and lead my life. Be my Lord, my Savior, and the King I now trust. Amen.

Come Before the True King

Lord, awaken your Church to live ready for your appointed times. Forgive us for delay, distraction, and half-hearted obedience. Make us faithful to carry out what you ask, and willing to stand where you place us. Present us before you as a people who listen and obey, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Make Your People Ready

Pray by naming one area where you feel delayed, then ask God for patience, clarity, and a willing heart. Ask him to help you recognize the right time and to move when he says move.

Ask for Readiness in the Waiting

Father, when I am tempted to rush ahead or shrink back, steady me. Teach me to wait well, to listen carefully, and to be faithful when my moment comes. Help me honor the responsibilities you place before me, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Grace for the Assigned Moment

Pray for leaders, officials, managers, teachers, and every person who carries out assigned responsibility. Ask for integrity, fairness, humility, and clear obedience to what is right.

For Those in Authority and Those Under It

Give thanks for God's timing, for seasons of preparation, for the people who help carry out good orders, and for the moments when patience becomes faithfulness.
