Exegesis

The repeated kherpatov {חֶרְפָּתוֹ | ḥer-pā-ṯō} ‘his reproach’ and the negation bilti {בִּלְתִּ֥י | bil-tî} ‘without’ frame a reversal completed by the Hiphil yashiv {יָשִׁ֥יב | yā-šîḇ} ‘he will turn back’.
