10. Formal Translation
You, O king, have established a decree that every person who hears the sound of the horn, flute, lyre, harp, trigon, psalteries, or bagpipe, and every kind of music, shall fall down and worship the golden image.
10. Dynamic Translation
You, king, issued a command that whenever anyone hears the music of the horn, flute, lyre, harp, trigon, psalteries, or bagpipe, they must immediately bow down to the golden statue.
