Lord, revive your Church to worship you alone and to refuse every false claim on our hearts. Where we have compromised to please power, give us repentance and courage. Awaken us to honor you above every human-made image, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Church, Let Go of Idols

Give thanks for God's unmatched rule, his worth above every human-made image, and his right to receive our whole loyalty, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Give Thanks for Your Unmatched Rule

Pray by naming the pressure you're under, confessing where compromise feels tempting, and asking God for courage to remain faithful. Then choose one concrete step you can take before the pressure comes again.

Pray Through Pressure

Pray for believers who are being pressed to honor what competes with God. Ask the Lord to strengthen their hearts, give them wise words, and keep their allegiance fixed on him, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

For Believers Under Pressure

Father, keep my heart from bowing to approval, fear, or any created thing that tries to rule me. Show me my idols, strengthen my obedience, and teach me to honor you first, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
