Keep the gifts for yourself and give the rewards to someone else

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I have sinned and I need your mercy. I have chased approval, reward, and control instead of your truth. I turn from my sin and trust that you died for me and rose again. I confess you as Lord and ask you to rule my life. Teach me to follow you in honesty and courage. Amen.

Come to Jesus for Mercy and Truth

Lord, revive your Church so we cannot be bought by praise, money, or power. Give us clean motives, brave speech, and the freedom to honor you more than reward. Make us faithful before rulers and ordinary people alike, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Revive Your Church to Speak Truth

Father, thank you that your truth is greater than gifts, pressure, or status. Thank you for the example of faithful speech and for the courage you supply, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Thank You for Truth That Cannot Be Bought

Pray by naming one conversation where you feel pressure to please people. Ask God for clean motives, a steady heart, and the words to speak truthfully without fear.

Pray Before a Hard Conversation

Pray for leaders, employers, teachers, and others with authority: that they would hear honest counsel; that believers around them would refuse bribery or flattery; and that truth would be welcomed where it is costly.

Truth Before the Powerful

Bring these to God: places where reward tempts you to compromise; fear of disappointing powerful people; a desire to value honesty more than advantage.

Choosing Integrity Over Gain
