Pray for a heart that returns to God quickly, a mind that does not panic under pressure, and the grace to keep praying even when you feel observed or misunderstood.

Name the pressure you are facing, bring it honestly before God, ask for mercy, and stay with him long enough to remember that he is listening.

Pray When Pressure Rises

Give thanks that God welcomes prayer, that mercy can be sought from him, and that faithful prayer is never wasted even when circumstances look tense.

Grateful for a Hearing God

Lord, strengthen believers who feel watched, opposed, or misunderstood. Give them courage to keep praying, humility to keep seeking mercy, and peace to stay faithful before you. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
