14. Formal Translation
Then the king, when he heard these words, was much distressed and he set his mind on Daniel to deliver him; and he labored until the sun went down to rescue him.
14. Dynamic Translation
When the king heard this, he was deeply troubled and he determined to save Daniel; he worked at it until sunset, striving to rescue him.
