15. Formal Translation Then these men approached the king and said to the king, “Know, O king, that by the law of the Medes and Persians no interdict or statute that the king establishes may not be changed.” |
15. Dynamic Translation Then the officials went to the king and said, “Remember, O king, that under the law of the Medes and Persians no injunction you establish can be revoked.” |
