33. Formal Translation The LORD your God {Yahweh Eloheinu, Covenant Guide} is the one who goes before you on the way to seek out a place for your encampment, going before you in fire by night to show you the way you should go and in a cloud by day. |
33. Dynamic Translation He {Yahweh, Faithful Leader} is the one who goes ahead of you on your journey, finding camping spots, leading you by night in fire to show you the road you should travel and by a cloud in the daytime. |
