Deuteronomy 15:18:1לֹא־יִקְשֶׁ֣הloyikshehIt shall not be hard

18. Formal Translation
It must not be hard in your eyes when you send him away free, for he has served you six years—worth double the wage of a hired worker; and the LORD your God {Yahweh Eloheikha, Generous Rewarder} will bless you in all that you do.
18. Dynamic Translation
Do not let it seem difficult to let him go free from you, because he has given you six years of service at a value twice that of a hired worker’s pay, and the LORD your God {Yahweh Eloheikha, Faithful Provider} will bless you in everything you do.
