The Qal infinitive absolute shamot {שָׁמֹט | šā-mōṭ} intensifies the command, and the relative clause introduced by asher {אֲשֶׁר | ašer} ‘which’ contains the Hiphil imperfect yasheh {יַשֶּׁה | yaššêh} ‘he lends’.
