Exegesis
The verse begins with the prohibitive particle lo {לֹא | lō} and the Hiphil imperfect tatteh {תַטֶּה | taṯ-teh} ‘pervert’ governing mishpat {מִשְׁפָּט | miš-pāṭ} ‘justice.’
