Exegesis

The locative ba-milḥāmāh {בַּמִּלְחָמָ֔ה | ba-milḥāmāh} situates the consequence, and the subsequent clause wə-ʾîš ʾāḥer yaḥnəḵennû {וְאִ֥ישׁ אַחֵ֖ר יַחְנְכֶֽנּוּ | wə-ʾîš ʾāḥer yaḥnəḵennû} conveys that another person will perform the dedication.
