Deuteronomy 20:6:1וּמִֽי־הָאִ֞ישׁumihaishAnd who is the man

6. Formal Translation
And is there a man who planted a vineyard and has not yet enjoyed its produce? Let him go and return to his house, so that he does not die in battle and another man will begin to make use of its produce.
6. Dynamic Translation
If a man has planted a vineyard but has not yet tasted its produce, let him go home, so that he does not die in battle and someone else enjoys it instead.
