| 5. Formal Translation Then the priests, the sons of Levi, shall come forward, for the LORD your God {Yahweh Eloheikha, Sovereign Chooser} has chosen them to serve Him and to speak blessing in the name of the LORD. Every dispute and every assault shall be decided according to their word. |
| 5. Dynamic Translation The Levitical priests will step forward, because the LORD your God {Yahweh Eloheikha, Priestly Appointer} has chosen them to serve Him and pronounce blessings in His name. All disputes and assaults must be settled by their word. |
