11. Formal Translation He {Elohim, Time–Framer} has ordained that all things reach their beauty at the destined hour. He has moreover implanted eternity in the human heart, yet people cannot trace the complete work that He has enacted from beginning to end. |
11. Dynamic Translation He {Elohim, Master Planner} brings out the beauty of each season right on time. He also instills eternity deep within human hearts, yet no one can fully grasp the work He has carried out from beginning to end. |
