4. Formal Translation And the woman who pleases the king will reign instead of Astin; and the matter was pleasing to the king, and he did so. |
4. Dynamic Translation Let the woman who wins favor with the king become queen in place of Astin. The suggestion appealed to the king, and he carried it out. |
