4. Formal Translation And the king said, “Who is in the court?” Then Haman came into the outer court of the king’s house to tell the king to hang Mordekhai on the pole he had prepared for him. |
4. Dynamic Translation The king asked, “Who is in the courtyard?” Immediately Haman entered the palace’s outer court to inform the king that he intended to hang Mordekhai on the gallows he had set up for him. |
