13. Formal Translation Esther said, “If it pleases the king, let it be granted also tomorrow to the Jews who are in Shushan to act according to today’s decree, and let the ten sons of Haman be hanged on the tree.” |
13. Dynamic Translation Esther answered, “If the king agrees, allow the Jews in Shushan to carry out tomorrow also today’s decree, and hang Haman’s ten sons on the tree.” |
