Exodus 12:48:1וְכִֽי־יָג֨וּרvekhiyagurand if he sojourns

48. Formal Translation
And when a sojourner sojourns with you and keeps the Passover to the LORD {Yahweh, Covenant Redeemer}, let every male in his household be circumcised, then he may draw near to observe it; he shall be like a native of the land, and no uncircumcised person may eat of it.
48. Dynamic Translation
If a foreigner stays with you and wants to celebrate the LORD’s {Yahweh, Deliverer} Passover, every male in his household must first be circumcised; then he may participate like a native-born, and no uncircumcised person may eat it.
