וַיְהִ֣י{va-ye-HI###vah-yeh-HEE###(And) it happened} בָעֶ֔רֶב{va-E-rev###vah-EH-rehv###in the evening} וַתַּ֣עַל{va-ta-AL###vah-tah-AHL###(And it) came up} הַשְּׂלָ֔ו{ha-se-LAV###hah-seh-LAAV###the quail} וַתְּכַ֖ס{va-te-KHAS###vah-teh-KHAHS###(And) it covered} אֶת־הַֽמַּחֲנֶ֑ה{et-ha-ma-kha-NEH###eht-hah-mah-khah-NEH###the camp} וּבַבֹּ֗קֶר{u-va-BO-ker###oo-vah-BOH-kehr###and in the morning} הָֽיְתָה֙{ha-ye-TAH###hah-yeh-TAA###there was} שִׁכְבַ֣ת{shikh-VAT###shikh-VAHT###layer of the} הַטַּ֔ל{ha-TAL###hah-TAHL###dew} סָבִ֖יב{sa-VIV###sah-VEEV###around the} לַֽמַּחֲנֶֽה׃{la-ma-kha-NEH###lah-mah-khah-NEH###camp}
