| 22. Formal Translation And they shall judge the people at all times; every great matter they shall bring to you, but every small matter they themselves shall decide. In this way it will be lighter for you, and they will bear it with you. |
| 22. Dynamic Translation Let them decide cases for the people continually. They should bring the major issues to you, but they shall settle the minor cases themselves. That will ease your load because they will share the responsibility with you. |
