Exodus 2:3:1וְלֹא־יָכְלָ֣הveloyokhla{And} she could not
Exodus 2:3:2עוֹד֮odany longer Exodus 2:3:3הַצְּפִינוֹ֒hatspinohide him Exodus 2:3:4וַתִּֽקַּֽח־לוֹ֙vatikkakhlo{And} she took for him Exodus 2:3:5תֵּ֣בַתtevata basket of Exodus 2:3:6גֹּ֔מֶאgomepapyrus Exodus 2:3:7וַתַּחְמְרָ֥הvatakhmera{And} she daubed it Exodus 2:3:8בַחֵמָ֖רbakhemarwith bitumen Exodus 2:3:9וּבַזָּ֑פֶתuvazafetand with pitch Exodus 2:3:10וַתָּ֤שֶׂםvatasem{And} she placed Exodus 2:3:11בָּהּ֙bahin it Exodus 2:3:12אֶת־הַיֶּ֔לֶדethayeledthe child Exodus 2:3:13וַתָּ֥שֶׂםvatasem{And} she placed it Exodus 2:3:14בַּסּ֖וּףbasoofin the reeds Exodus 2:3:15עַל־שְׂפַ֥תalsefatby the bank of Exodus 2:3:16הַיְאֹֽר׃hayeorthe river
3. Formal Translation
When she could no longer hide him, she took for him a basket of reeds and coated it with bitumen and pitch. She placed the child in it and set it among the reeds on the bank of the Nile.
3. Dynamic Translation
When she was no longer able to keep him hidden, she got a papyrus basket for him and sealed it with bitumen and pitch. Then she placed her baby in it among the reeds along the riverbank.
