The apodosis lō tivneh ethen gazit {לֹֽא־תִבְנֶ֥ה אֶתְהֶ֖ן גָּזִ֑ית | lōʾ tiv-neh ʾĕṯ-hēn gā-zît} ‘you shall not build them with hewn stones’ delivers the prohibition.
