2. Formal Translation And the angel of the LORD {Yahweh, Holy Presence in Flame} appeared to him as a flame of fire from within the bush, and he looked and saw the bush burning with fire, yet it was not consumed. |
2. Dynamic Translation The LORD’s {Yahweh, Covenant Revealer} angel showed himself to him in blazing fire inside a bush. Moses watched, and although the bush was burning, it was not consumed. |
