A relative clause hanneviim hachozim {הַנְּבִיאִ֞ים הַחֹזִ֣ים | han-nə-ḇî-ʾîm ha-ḥō-zîm} ‘the prophets who see’ modifies shav {שָׁוְא֮ | šāwʾ} ‘vanity’, paralleled by vehakosim kazav {וְהַקֹּסְמִ֣ים כָּזָב | wə-ha-qōs-mîm kā-zāḇ} ‘the diviners of lies’ to emphasize falsehood.
