Exegesis
In the second clause, kol-tsidqotav {כָּל־צִדְקֹתָ֤יו | kol-ṣid-qō-ṯāw} “all his righteous deeds” asher-asa {אֲשֶׁר־עָשָׂה֙ | ʾă-šer ʿā-śāh} “which he has done” is negated by lo {לֹ֣א | lōʾ} “not” and tizakarnah {תִזָּכַרְנָה | tiz-zā-kar-nāh} “they shall be remembered” in the Nifal imperfect to emphasize divine non-acknowledgment.
In context — Ezekiel 18:24
But when a righteous person turns away from his righteousness and commits injustice, doing all the abominations that the wicked one practices—shall he live? None of his righteous deeds will be remembered. Because of his treachery and his sin, he will die.
