For it has been written, "Rejoice, barren woman, you who do not give birth; break forth and cry aloud, you who do not labor, because many are the children of the desolate, more than of the one who has a husband."
27. Dynamic Translation
For it is written, "Celebrate, woman who cannot have children; shout with joy and cry out, you who have never been in labor, because the children of the deserted woman are more than those of the woman who has a husband."
